Hello Beautiful Humans,
Well, we have made it to the end of another week and Mummy-Teacher is tired but extremely grateful for today’s long distance substitute teachers, Jen Jen and Aunty Chrissie. Seriously we are so lucky to have such amazing people in our lives, even from a distance!!
Today started with some exciting mail sent from Jen Jen full of worksheets and activities for the girls to do at rainbow Glitter Sparkle School and their monthly National Geographic, also courtesy of Jen Jen and Poppy Ted!
Teacher Mummy literally ran away for a short break and ran her first 5km without stopping. While she probably won’t be able to walk tomorrow she is very grateful for the ability to escape, at least 5kms away…. on foot.
The afternoon came with another outdoor adventure mission from Aunty Chrissy that had the girls creating their own mini playground out of natural things found in the garden. The girls had so much fun!!
We ended our day with our first Social distant welcome home meeting with Grandma and Grandpa! They have just came back from a month in Tasmania and we were all very happy to see them home safe but sad we couldn’t give them cuddles or kisses!
The Delivery people have been very busy in Glebe st with the arrival of the girls new laptops! Rainbow Glitter Sparkle school is now all ready for our online learning next term and Mummy and Daddy can have their computers back to get some work done! (Maybe if the stars align and the universe is feeling kind, we might squeeze in 15 minutes of work here and there!)
Sending virtual Hugs to you all.
Until next time (probably not everyday because I will need plenty of time to practice running away). Stay Happy and Healthy and Home! Also wash your hands one more time. It can’t hurt.
Cass
